Yakitori is another Japanese street food, commonly grilled chicken. "Yakitori" can refer to skewered food in general. Kushiyaki (skewer grilled), is a term that encompasses both poultry and non-poultry items, skewered and grilled. Both Yakitori and Kushiyaki mean the same, so the terms are used interchangeably in Japan. Diners ordering yakitori have a choice of having it cooked with salt or with tare sauce, which is generally made up of mirin, sake, soy sauce and sugar. (wiki)

Hutong Level 33, The Shard, London Bridge, SE1 9RY If you have vertigo, The Shard probably isn’t the best place to visit. While you might not want to splash out on dinner, try to nab a window table at the cocktail bar in Chinese restaurant Hutong. Sip cocktails such as the beautiful Chinese lantern, a champagne cocktail with Aperol & elderflower liqueur, in the air. Be prepared for it to be busy, but seeing London at night is worth it.
