Picky eating Kids
Let’s raise successful eaters 💪🏼 not successful dieters! • We know parents are afraid of sugar, salt, transformed products, baked goods. Maybe it’s because rightfully when they are babies, we need to limit these for their health. But growing up, we want our kids to enjoy the same food as the rest of the family WITHOUT GUILT.

Give options and let your child decide which of the two options they prefer. That allows you to get your picky eater involved in the decision process, while still being strategic with your options! Sometimes you can throw in a new food, sometimes a favourite… You are being considerate without catering and that is key👍🏼

✌🏼 Repeated exposure is key for kids to get comfortable around new food, and willing to take a bite! • When kids are not eating new food, or refusing the same food they offer every meal, it is likely that they are getting bored or are not enticed by that one specific way of offering that food. Just like we would, I guess? 😏 • Solution? Mix it up 💥 Add flavours: spices, sauces… Incorporate new foods in recipes that your whole family will enjoy.
