I do this all the time. Once I have my workout clothes on it just seems stupid to take them off before they're sweaty. It's a mind game. :) I always feel so guilty if I'm in workout clothes but don't exercise!
the less you eat sweets, the less you crave them. when you want sugar, your body is literally begging you for protein! SO true I haven't eaten sweets or drank pop in MONTHS and I have no desire to even try them when they're around.
Yes it's all about you/me. Do it for yourself, cuz doing it from someone else and they don't notice can set you back from your goals! (mc)
Reason to be Fit - Because you shouldn't take your health for granted-do it while you can, you never know when you may not be able to get fit due to ever changing circumstances.BEST reason I've found on here to be fit!
