The Agatelady: Adventures and Events: Fractal Geometry
Inspired by Julian's fractal I decided to collect a handful of fractal images here – I have found them to be useful lesson starters when teaching the concept of functional iteration
"Fibonacci numbers and Phi are related to spiral growth" "If you sum the squares of any series of Fibonacci numbers, they will equal the last Fibonacci number used in the series times the next Fibonacci number.
In the Fractal Spiral, there is assemblage (recursive) causality, defined here as a series of fractal-repetitions of fractal-spirals around each of the main twirls.

"Fractal art amazes us with its geometric shapes and rich colors and makes us want to gaze at it for hours just to understand its beautiful complexity and how to make it.
Fractals, the only beautiful thing I love about Math!
This is a good example of pattern. This is a spiral pattern and the pattern repeats throughout the whole image. The pattern is predicable and is pleasing to the eye. Its very simple and looks like the shape resemble a leaf.
