A seriously fun (and downright dirty) fitness adventure challenge: Tough Mudder

ahaha this made me laugh.. this kind of thing frustrates me, lol! Did it once! Lol

I always finish the conditioner before the shampoo and i can never understand it. It’s like what the fuck their the same size i think i use the same amount each time. Why do i always finish the conditioner first?

Julie helped us update a very important tip    21. Land on the mid foot!  The best part of your foot to land on is mid foot. That way more of the shock of hitting the ground is absorbed before it can travel up your leg and cause shin splints, knee injuries, and even hip and back pain.
