Black Bean Brownies. Shared by Livecleanandthrive! 1 can black beans (rinsed), 1 scoop chocolate Perfect Fit Protein, 1/3 cup cacao powder, 1/3 cup unsweetened apple sauce, 1/3 agave nectar, 1/3 cup coconut oil (melted), 2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt, optional stevia to taste. Line baking dish with parchment paper. Pour half batter, place dollops of peanut butter evenly, pour remaining batter on top. Topped with dark chocolate chunks. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
