Calming and Centering  Breathing     To keep your your grounding center is very important.  We advise that when you feel your energy is getting out of control, stop for a few moments and practice one minute of the four by four breathing technique. Inhale for four seconds, hold your breath for four seconds, exhale for four seconds and hold your breath for four seconds. This will help you to center and ground your energy quickly and you will be refreshed to continue with your daily living.
