Banana Nut Protein Mug Cake 1/3 banana, mashed 1 egg 1 Tbsp coconut flour (could use almond flour if you prefer) 1 Tbsp vanilla or cookies and cream protein powder 2 tsp of chopped almonds or pecans or walnuts 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/4 tsp baking powder Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and transfer to a greased mug.
