Belonging to LLewelyn Fawr Ap Iorwerth or The LLewelyn (the Great) First King of Wales! I cannot pronounce welsh, so I don't expect you to, but it actually is my family dating back to 1173 and even farther!

Llywelyn ap Iorwerth 1172-April 11 1240 (Llywelyn I, 'The Great'), who united and ruled Wales for forty years of fractious peace with England until his death in 1240. Probably born at Dolwyddelan in the Conwy Valley, ap Iorwerth was buried at Aberconwy Abbey.

The old chapel on the shore of Llyn Crafnant (lake) near Trefriw in the Vale of Conwy, North Wales. Throughout Wales one will come across many dilapidated chapels and churches like this. Going back just to the 1950’s they were packed out on Sundays for worship. Now it appears that most people by definition are heathens? jp.photo.21JUN2015.
