Kronut : {A Croissant Donut} Kronut: my recipe of the famous Cronut! A croissant donut that is amazing! Crispy, flaky outside with a soft inside!

Cro-nut Recipe.  Cross between a Croissant and a Donute. For 6 ½ teacup caster sugar A few drops of rosewater 1 tin of croissant dough ½ teacup icing sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice Pink food coloring Mix sugar with enough rosewater to flavor. Unroll the croissant dough. Fold it into three, pressing together the diagonal perforations. Repeat. Roll to just over 7x5in. Use tiny cutter to cut out circles in the inside. Pop in the freezer for half an hour. Cook til brown in oil.

No-Fry Doughnuts from Taste of Home.  I made these!  I fb'd them this month, 5-2012.  They are baked, and fabulous with icing or cinnamon-sugar.  I also made donut holes with the same batch.  Never throw those little suckers away -   BAKE & FROST THEM.
