As part of a wader package, 3 Commando Brigade along with 4 Assault Squadron Royal Marines (4 ASRM), 29 and 24 Commando today conducted exercises using landing craft, hover craft and a Royal Air Force Chinook helicopter currently based on HMS Illustrious. The training happened at Carlyon Bay near St. Austell, Cornwall with civilian onlookers.
