Caramel Apple Crisp Muffin Bread - 1 IP Apple Oatmeal, 1 IP Crispy Cereal, 2 tsp baking soda. Blend. Add 1/3 C. egg white (or 2 egg white), 1 T. skim milk, 2 tsp. evoo, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/4 C. IP Vanilla Pre-made shake, 1+ T. WF Caramel Dip. Mix, pour in small loaf pan (or muffin tin and adjust bake time). Bake 20-25" @ 350 or until toothpick comes clean. Serve with WF Caramel Dip or Apple Spread. FANTASTIC! 2 unrestricted servings.
