Cinnamon Protein Cake (Microwave) by meals

Protein cake- 1 scoop BSN lean dessert cinnamon roll protein powder, tsp baking powder, 1 egg white and 1 TB unsweetened apple sauce. no stevia needed, the protein powder is already sweet.

Red Velvet Dark Chocolate protein bars: 2 4" beets cooked, peeled, and puréed, 5 1/2 scoops whey, 3/4C coconut flour, 1/4C almond milk, 2T almond butter, 1C oatmeal, 6 squares of 90% Lindt dark chocolate melted-I added a few drops of stevia to mine to sweeten it a little (Lindt dark chocolate has the lowest sugar and highest protein I have found) Put in the freezer to set. Makes 12 squares

[recipe] Cake Batter Muddy Buddies: "You could use any flavor of cake mix; Once you add the cake mix to the almond bark covered Chex mix, put it in a covered container or a large bag and shake it like a Polaroid picture.

For 4 squares: Bottom layer: 1/3C quinoa puffs, 2T oats, 2t cocoa, 1 scoop chocolate whey, 1/2T granulated stevia, 2T almond butter, 2T almond milk. Top layer: 1 scoop vanilla casein, 3T shredded coconut, 5T low fat coconut milk. Mix ingredients for the bottom w/spoon & press down in a small baking dish (w/parchment paper). Freeze. Mix ingredients for top layer & spread over bottom. Put in the fridge until set.
