In a bowl add 1 c Greek yogurt, sweeten with honey to taste. Mix in c softened cream cheese and 1 tsp vanilla. Fold in two bags (one red, one green) of washed grapes. Garnish with brown sugar and toasted walnuts when ready to serve.
