Gunther Rall JG-52 "the Third Man" as he was the third highest ranking air ace (276) in history, also JG-52s third, after Hartmann (352) Barkhorn (302) Rall was awarded KC/Oakleaves/Swords. After the War he flew jets for the new luftwaffe. Rall flew with the famous JG-52. This elite squadron shot down over 12,000 Allied aircraft, losing only 322 of their own, their top three aces scored 936 kills! The best of the best....
