this is what I think to myself when I see girls in full makeup or in front of the mirror perfecting their 'messy gym hair' before a workout!

Monday: 50 jumping jacks. 20 Jumps in first then second position 20 squats 30 butterfly kicks. 10 bend & stretches on each leg Tuesday - Wednesday: 20 half-push ups. 2 minute arm routine 2 minute weight-lifting Thursday: - Friday: 20 sit-ups 10 crunches 30 second plank (go for longer if you can) 20 inner thigh lifts (each leg)  Hope this helped aswell! hehe!
