Just Eat Real Food. Actually once you know how real food can be quick to make and cheaper than some pre made products. It will never be fake though. Its so easy to rustle up something nutritious instead of eating shop bought convenience food.

I like this quote because even though I have a lot of homework some nights, I still need to make time for exercise. I'm not very good, but I know exercise is good for me, it can help me concentrate better, and I want to stay healthy and be fit.
