It was so quiet when we were there, and it seemed that mainly only the locals in the Captain Cook area knew about it (dolphin part), but that seems to have changed.

You LITERALLY take 2 natural built-in steps in the lava rock, then *PLUNK* into the warm water you go! SCUBA would be good there too; plenty of cavernous reefs below.
