So here we have a quick 5-minute video of toning that butt and those thighs! Now, what are 5 minutes of your day? This doesn’t include the warm-up and warms down, so you will have to do that yourself, but even that itself doesn’t take long. The workout structure doesn’t require equipment! Bonus! All you will be doing is 40 seconds on and 5 seconds off. Here you are shown 6 different squat moves and that is all in the space of 5 minutes! Good luck and keep squatting!
