Ingredients:  Large seedless watermelon  Other fresh fruit, such as melon balls, kiwi slices, and berries  Instructions:  1- Start by slicing the watermelon into wedges and then arrange them in a stack of circles (rinds facing out) to create a cake shape, as shown. raw avocado soup/ fully raw

I love avo and have never thought about using it in a soup. This Raw Avocado Soup, sounds like a great addition to my new healthy eating plan.
