Bacon and Egg Cups are an easy, tasty protein filled breakfast. Make these for your weekly meal prep and eat healthy all week!

10/1814 - made these and were easy to do. I used the liquid egg yolks and whites, 1.5 cups of each. This made 12 muffins perfectly.  I tried two versions.  This one where you wrap the bacon around the tin and one where the bacon was crumbled and placed on the bottom.  I didn't find much difference except the bacon was a little more crisp in the crumbled version.

Mini Bacon Egg Cups -Yep, bite sized bacon and egg awesomeness. Simply wrap your muffin tins with bacon, fill with seasoned whipped eggs and bake at for minutes. I'm going to try this with turkey bacon, egg whites and spinach!
