Perfect Protein Pancakes ~ 7/1/12 This was a really good recipe for protein pancakes. Very filling and easy to put together. I didn't have buckwheat and almond flour on hand so I just used freshly ground whole wheat. You can definitely taste the whey protein powder but I didn't mind it and it didn't make the texture grainy. Just fyi - 1/3 cup liquid egg whites is equivalent to the egg whites of 2 large eggs.
