Week 0037 is a leg heavy day

Week 0039 of the weekly 30 Min workout will blast your legs, chest and triceps.

For week 67 this is going to be more of an upper body workout.

A solid all around body workout for week 58 of your 30 minute daily workout. I am working on a post about Macro Nutrients and what they are for those who are curious.

Week 0036 is going to have you holding it.

The 1 Legged workout. well half of it at least. For round 1 do all the 1 Legged exercises on the right leg and for round 2 do all the exercises on the left leg.
