3 Tips: You Can Master Crow 1. Spread your fingers wide, place your knee caps on your upper arms, close to your arm pits 2. Look forward the moment your feet are off the ground to balance. Find your drishti, a point of focus. Bring your toes together in the air. 3. Inhale, fill your belly, shoulder blades down, exhale. Hang out here, focus on your breath. Berry Green Vita Coco Smoothie: 2 cups of strawberries, 1 cup blueberries, 1 banana, 2 cups of spinach & of Vita Coco. Put all the ingredients in the blender and enjoy! Now I'm off to Kundalinin Glow Yoga and TRX class (training like a Navy SEAL).
