What Are A-PACs?
A-PACs (A-type Proanthocyanidins) can be found in many fruits, but cranberries have an especially high concentration of A-PACs. A-PACs can help prevent the adhesion of certain harmful bacteria, including E. coli associated with urinary tract infections, onto cell walls, and aid in maintaining urinary tract health.
