The first time I tested my Vitamin D level, it was actually too high! In March, it was 103 ng/ml and in August it dropped down to 57ng/ml. This was super handy to know, because in March I think I was over supplementing and didn’t get enough natural sunlight, and in August I was getting a lot of sun, but not supplementing.
