Roasted Strawberry Cheese Cake – yeah I said roasted strawberries – with Lemon Riesling Tart, Cocoa pot de Crème, Vanilla and Oolong Gelato.  This was joined with a lovely 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon Icewine.

Cumbrae Beef Tenderloin wiht Mashed Mini Reds, roasted Vegetables, accompanied with a Shiitake Glaze and...wait for it...Truffles!  This was paired with a 2010 Cabernet Merlot.
