It’s Concours time! Canadian Parents for French provincial Concours d’art oratoire are currently being held across Canada. The Quebec Concours will be taking place on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at the Cosmodome in Laval. The Concours d’art oratoire is a French-speaking competition for secondary students throughout the country. Students write an original three to five minute speech on a topic of their choice, which they present in front of a panel of judges, their parents and their peers.
