The Horizon - Edmonton.The purpose of this project was to develop preliminary engineering designs, cost estimates, and financing mechanisms to complete the 105 Avenue corridor from 97 Street in the east to 119 Street in the west. This also included considerations for improvements for streets connecting to 105 Avenue within the study area.

The Parkside - Fort McMurray - The Parkside project will be a 8-storey concrete and steel mid-rise building improved with a mix of commercial office and residential condominium units. The building will consist of 78,000 gross square feet developed into individual commercial, retail, and residential condominiums. Floors 1 to 3 are designed for commercial office and retail condominiums while floors 4 to 8 will be finished with a mix of one and two bedroom executive style residential…

Summerside - Edmonton. The site is located on the South-West portion of Ellerslie Road and 66 Street SW, providing an excellent location for local retailers. PRISM plans to improve the site with 7 retail buildings totaling approximately 65,000 square feet in size. PRISM’s marketing strategy will specifically target smaller neighbourhood retail-oriented businesses, granting the tenants with a large an untapped trade area.
