Chocolate Pecan Pie Muffins (S)

LC/GF Chocolate Pecan Pie Muffins I made these with sukrin gold syrup, rather than molasses, & + c Lily's sugar free chocolate net carbs each.

Recipe: 3 eggs, 3 egg whites, 3 Tb melted butter, 3/4 cup pumpkin, 1 tsp vanilla, 3/4 cup almond flour, 1 cup THM baking Blend, 1 Tb pumpkin pie spice, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup gentle sweet, 1 donk stevia. Mix wet ingredients in blender, stir in dry. Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan for approx 25 min at 350. Frosting: 1 block of cream cheese softened, 3 TB butter softened, powdered gentle sweet to taste, 1 tsp vanilla. (Recipe shared by Heather Ling)
