The perfect fall smoothie! We're obsessed with this spiced pumpkin and nut butter smoothie from @runningonrealfood What you'll need: 1 cup almond milk 2 tbsp of your favourite Retreat nut butter 1/2 cup pumpkin puree 1 large frozen banana 1 tsp ground ginger 1 tsp cinnamon What to do: Add all the ingredients to your blender. Start blending on low then slowly increase speed, blending for 20-30 seconds until creamy. Then pour into a glass and enjoy! #retreatrecipes 🍌 🎃 🥜 🍁
