This is the sign at the Sand Lake Gate to the park. The office at this gate is where we finish paying for our permit for the trip. $11.87/night/person.

On the way to the park we will need to eat a hearty breakfast. This restaurant is on the way. It is located in Whitney, ON along highway 60, which we will be taking through the park. It looks like it is about an hour past Huntsville.

The Mad Musher Restaurant and Riverside Rooms Motel, Food, Dinner. While visiting Algonquin park come and dine, and stay in our comfortable rooms.
