A long and slightly emotional one from me Im afraid... a year ago I had the infamous fat-shaming appointment where I was refused treatment I need because of my weight. Being told I was killing myself by eating too much amongst other constant criticism did me no favours and plunged me into an awful six month depression. Back in the summer I joined SW and since then Ive lost just over a stone which Ive kept off however Ive struggled to get back into things where my pain has been in full flare

It was terribly irresponsible, I suppose. The nights we stayed up walking in the woods, or painting in the Foley's barn. Five in the morning was our bedtime, and who was there to stop us? As far as I remember, we're alone.
