For myself, I realized that I was saving my best clothing for an outing, or when my partner was home, or for anything other than me being home alone. 

I realized that I deserve to wear my best clothing right now. That I deserve to feel good on all levels—and that includes the clothing I wear. 

Whether it's wearing your best clothing, making yourself a delicious feast, giving yourself the love and support you need, or something else—I want you to know that you deserve all the wonderful things life has to offer you now. Are you willing to receive it?
