Made for simonsaysstampblog.com Wednesday Challenge. Image stamped on white card, colored with markers and Radiant Pearls paints. Stamped same image with Stazon on clear acetate. Used an oval cutter to cut frame from black card stock. Even though it is layered, it's very flat and looks like one layer. Sorry for the glare on the acetate, couldn't make it go away.
