Honey and walnut crusted salmon (bake on 360 for 25 min)  Avocado purée (garlic, lemon juice, salt, red onion)  Steamed carrots and broccoli   Under 1 hour to prep and cook :)

Creamed coconut curry Beef, mushrooms, onion, quinoa, wild rice, red curry paste and creamed Coconut prepared.

Medium rare beef Couscous Kale Cauliflower Broccoli Unsalted peanuts Garlic White mushrooms Creamed coconut which you melt into a thick sauce. Tbsp of red curry paste!

Paleo Pasta! Cut spaghetti squash in half and prick all over with a fork. Cook in microwave for 5 min.  Take squash out and lather in pure honey, pepper and salt. Put on a baking sheet and cook in oven on 360 for 20 min.  Meanwhile, cube chicken breast, cut Brussel sprouts, cut broccoli and cook in pan with 1 cup of chicken broth and sriracha.  Take squash out of the oven and use fork to scrape squash to get your "noodles." Put on a plate and put all ingredients from pan on top!  You did it!
