METHOD: Batch in large jug, serve on the rocks in punch cups, and garnish with lemon wheels and nutmeg.

This Batched Mulled Gin recipe was made for sharing. It has delicious fruit notes, and is warming in temperature and spice. 🥰 BATCHED MULLED GIN: (Serves 4-6 people) 1 Bottle BC Pinot Noir, 4 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin, ½ oz Simple Syrup, 4 Star Anise Pods, 2 Long Grapefruit Peels, 8 Dashes Peychauds Bitters. METHOD: Add all ingredients to a pot over low heat. Heat until almost hot but do not allow ingredients to boil. Serve in punch cups or mugs and garnish with cinnamon sticks.

METHOD: To make simple syrup, combine 1:1 hot water and sugar with 1 mint tea bag. Let sugar dissolve and tea steep. Build all ingredients in a large punch bowl over ice. Stir 3-5 times. Serve with a large spoon or scoop. Garnish glasses with mint sprigs. *Serves 8!
