In this gin-based mimosa, refreshing, sparkling grapefruit with a touch of ginger heat comes into perfect balance with honey syrup sweetness. 🥂 FALL MIMOSA: 1 oz Seaside Gin, ¼ oz Bols Ginger Liqueur, 1 oz Grapefruit Juice, ¼ oz 2-1 Honey Syrup, 3 oz Sparkling Wine. METHOD: Add all ingredients into shaker tin reserving the sparkling wine for last. Shake to chill and dilute, double strain into champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a grapefruit twist.

This Hot Apple Cider is delectably tart, warm, spiced, and comforting. ❤️🍎 HOT APPLE CIDER: 1 oz Kazuki Gin, ¼ oz Lemon Juice, ¼ oz Almond Syrup (9.75 oz water, 300 grams white sugar, 0.25 oz almond extract. Add ingredients to a pot over low heat, stir until combined, strain.), 4 oz Dry Apple Cider, 1 Dash Angostura Bitters. METHOD: Add ingredients to a pot over low heat. Heat until almost hot but do not allow ingredients to boil. Garnish with cranberries and serve in a specialty coffee glass.

“Escape Room" is spiced with delicious homemade pumpkin spice shrub, it’s fruity, savoury and refreshing. 🧡 ESCAPE ROOM: ¾ oz Sheringham Akvavit, ¾ oz Sheringham Vodka, ¾ oz Pumpkin Spice Shrub, 3 oz Soda Water, 2 Dashes Orange Bitters. METHOD: Add all ingredients into a mixing tin reserving the soda for last. Stir gently 5-10 times to chill and dilute. Pour into Collins glass over ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a dehydrated orange wheel and/or grated nutmeg.

It's cool and refreshing from anise, fruity and herbal, spiced, and a bit like a slushy. | KAZUKI FRAPPE: 1 oz Kazuki Gin, ½ oz Pernod ¼ oz Fig Syrup* (*Make a 1-1 simple syrup in a pot on stove, during the heating process add freshly chopped figs. Infuse for 24 hours and strain.) METHOD: Add ingredients into shaker tin, add ice, shake, chill and dilute, single strain into rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a fig.
