Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Chicken  This recipe is a staple in our house.  It's so quick to make and it's only 4 ingredients.    4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts  1 cup of bbq sauce  1 cup of Apricot Jam  1/4 cup of water  2 TBSP of onion flavouring (I use Epicure's 3 Onion Dip.  Onion soup mix will work as well but is very salty)  Put chicken in the crockpot, Mix all these ingredients together and cook on high for 4-5 hours.  Serve over rice.  So simple yet so satisifying!!

CHICKEN SOUVLAKI - - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2" cubes, 1 Tbsp Epicure's Souvlaki Seasoning, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water to prevent scorching    Place chicken cubes in mixing bowl with Souvlaki Seasoning, olive oil and lemon juice. Marinate in refrigerator for up to 8 hours. Thread marinated chicken onto pre-soaked skewers. Broil or grill over medium-high heat for 10 minutes, turning periodically, until chicken is no longer pink inside.

Nicoise Pasta Salad . . .2 cups rotini pasta, 1 recipe Epicure's Classic Vinaigrette Seasoning, or Epicure's Italian Dressing Seasoning, 2 cp halved cherry tomatoes,  1/2 cp Greek-style black olives, 4 hard boiled eggs, cut in wedges and 2 -170 g cans water-packed chunk tuna . . . . Whisk Dressing in mixing bowl and set aside. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse. Place pasta in bowl with dressing. Add remaining ingredients, tossing gently to coat.
