#SWC wild caught albacore tuna salad with cucumber 🥒, red onion and parsley on top of horseradish cream fraiche on thin rye toast is one of our favorite way to snack 😋 For the salad: #simply toss shredded #simplywestcoast tuna with sunflower oil from the jar, tablespoon of lemon juice, pinch of kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add cucumber, red onion, parsley and scallion to salad and toss to combine. Enjoy!
