Low Cal Pumpkin Muffins: 1 box yellow cake mix, one 15oz can pumpkin, 3 tbsp Trader Joe's Spicy Chai (or similar spice blend). Bake at 350 for 15 mins. Modify by adding  walnuts, pecans, choc chips or frosting - use what you have! 110 calories for the basic recipe.
