18th Birthday Easel Card

My brother asked me to make an 18th Birthday card for the daughter of a friend of his. As I don't know the young lady I decided elegant was my best bet. I've used SU Very Vanilla card and gold mirri paper. The numbers were cut on the Cricut and the gold dots are from Craftwork Cards. My brother loved it. The photos below show the inside and how the card looked when it was closed. Thanks for looking and any comments you care to leave.

Luckily, once we had found a suitable card to be inspired by, I happened to have all the products we needed to make the card. We made this card slightly differently to my usual style - tent style rather than portrait style - and I quite like…

Popsicle Toes

Well, it's Christmas Eve and there's still much to be done. The elves have enjoyed participating in the 8th Annual Elf Antics Party at DL.Art and reading about the adventures of their friends and so have I. We look forward to it every year. Today is all about psyching Santa up for for his journey tonight and making sure he's equipped with all he needs. Much love from Elzabet, Olivia, Feenix, Erf, Mystery and the rest of the little magical creatures who inhabit my world. Until next year…
