Cuddles was a gentle sweet natured loveable soul in a cats body who i cared for, for 3 years. He recently tested + for FIV/AIDS. Sadly he has crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on March 9,2015. Precious purr baby we are one in the Light .. may your spirit run free now! Rest in Peace Cuddles.
Patches2 is sick. She favours staying inside of the enclosure where it's warmer. I brought more blankets and added more fresh straw. I would like to buy more styrofoam for additional insulation on the top & side panels. Patches2 had a vet appointment but unfortunately the carrier came apart suddenly and she got away. So I will have to buy a new carrier before I can arrange her next appointment. Donations are really appreciated at this time for Patches2.
Presenting emmy ! She was one of the feral cats in my colony, only a year old, who I trapped ( see other photo ).Following her recovery, I adopted her into our family. Her left ear has been 'tipped' indicating she has completed the TNR = trap neuter release program, which is an international sign for all cats.
Today, Friday, September 18, 2015 my dear purr baby Grey crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Grey was one of my original "6 pack" when I started the feral colony almost 4 years ago. His gentle spirit was always first to greet me.Grey was an unwanted 'feral' but he was loved by me. His spirit is within my heart forever, and now he is Home.
Riley was sick with a cold when I took this picture of him.We had a snowstorm and then frigid temp. -11F. I can only hope that he was found by people who will give him lots of tlc. To think the worst is just too heartbreaking for me. Such a sweet boy ;(
Patches2 drinking some warm water that I just put into the bowl ... it will freeze in the next half hour or so! I hope to take her to the vet as soon as I can trap her again. This time I'll be using the TNR trap!
