This recipe was given to me many years ago by an elderly farmers wife and has been one of my 'must do' yearly canning recipes. If you have a large amount of beets, just keep repeating brine until your beets are all gone!
Dee's Smoked Mac N Cheese Recipe - I did not use the linked recipe - but put a batch of homemade mac & cheese in the smoker - for about 2 hours. It's already cooked, so it just gets a smokey top - really a great idea! Next time, I will try baked beans!
