Spinach, pineapple, plum, blueberry, mango and mint! Blended with some ice, chia seeds and coconut water. Blend it all with coconut water and ice. #vitamix #dailygreens  #healtyramadhan.  The #chiaseeds help amp up the protein and help keep you fuller longer. Sipping on some almond milk earlier today. Been making it at home and this time it turned out super delicious!!! I never realized how easy and (cheap) it is to make your own almond milk, so fresh and clean and without any of the preservatives and chemicals that store bought brands have.  I have a #vitamix, but I'm sure any good high powered blender will work.  Almond Milk - 1 cup raw almonds - 8 cups filtered water - 4 soft dates (majool) - 1 tbsp vanilla - 1 tsp cinnamon - cheese cloth or…

Beautiful beets! This drink is packed with nutrients! It's a half juice half smoothie consistency. I personally prefer blending my juices as opposed to juicing because I like getting the fibre in from all of the fruits and veggies! ➡️Handful of spinach ➡️A few leaves of kale ➡️One small Cucumber ➡️1 medium beet ➡️1 ripe Pear ➡️Juice of one lemon ➡️1 orange peeled ➡️Mint ➡️Ginger ➡️1 cup of coconut water  Fill the rest of your blender with water and top with a cup of ice.
