Do you ever find yourself saying, "I really miss when I used to..." or "I really miss that". "I wish I was still into..." #5 is all about YOU! Do something that you used to do or love. If you forget pull out some old photo albums, you may have a couple "aha" moments or tears.. That's OK! OR take a drive or walk past your old neighbourhood to jog the memory. Today I went for a walk down by the river (which I used to do every single day).
Challenge #3 Work out! 30 mins minimum! GO for a walk, run up and down your stairs, youtube yoga or dance fitness! Include the kids. Do anything that is movement that gets you sweating :) If you already work out regularly change it up, add a class or add a circuit OR add a friend! <3
