When all the baking is done for the day it's time to sit down with some serious comfort food!! It's okay to drool a little, i won't tell. ;-P I'm calling this "THE LOADED LOTUS" and wowza is this thing deadly!!! Tonight's dinner is a whole sweet onion baked with pulled jack, creamy garlic and chive mashed potato mixed with some daiya cream cheeze, follow your heart shreds, a twice baked loaded cheezy jack'd up potato & a couple of BBQ "chik'n" and kebabs.
