Roasted Root Veg with fresh herbs and coconut cream. Rutabaga fries x 2 small Red potatoes x 2 medium Radish x 2 Onion 1 whole,sliced med thick small handful of sliced mushrooms same for broccoli tops and fresh beans 5 strands of chives (chopped) teaspoon of dill,basil and black pepper coconut oil to bake with and canned coconut whipped cream for topping. No salt needed with this recipe.
Mix 2 tsp melted coconut oil,sprinkle each of dill,curry powder,chili flakes and powder,garlic and onion powder,fresh chopped basil, chives and 1 tsp of nutritional yeast (vegan cheese substitute) and baked it in the oven @ 400 for about 30 minutes. Add oil blend on top during the last 10 min of baking. Also add a small bit of water to your pan prior to baking. This can be done on the bbq as well!
