Roasted Root Veg with fresh herbs and coconut cream.   Rutabaga fries x 2 small Red potatoes x 2 medium Radish x 2 Onion 1 whole,sliced med thick small handful of sliced mushrooms same for broccoli tops and fresh beans 5 strands of chives (chopped) teaspoon of dill,basil and black pepper  coconut oil to bake with and canned coconut whipped cream for topping. No salt needed with this recipe. Stuffed Mushrooms, Stuffed Peppers, Coconut Whipped Cream, Coconut Oil, Small Red Potatoes, Fresh Herbs, Strands, Broccoli

Add oil blend on top during the last 10 min of baking. Also add a small bit of water to your pan prior to baking. This can be done on the bbq as well!
