Which, no doubt is busier than it has ever been. As you juggle your new schedules and demands at home and work, it is important to carve out some "me" time - and we know just the way to do it. Taking a break from your kids: We made it through March Break and it was fun and all - but it's OK to take a break from the kids! Yup we said it. It's ok to want to take some space from our children. We love them, we would do anything for them, we would sacrifice to help them. BUT - sometimes we need a minute.⁠ ⁠ You have to take care of yourself if you are expected to take care of others.
