Once again, I was trying to use up some vegetables from my produce box from Boston Organics, so this fried rice can be made the classic way, or with any extra veggies you have laying around.

Day 2-stir fried brown rice. Sautéed onions, garlic, ginger, add finely chopped kale, and leftover chicken, braggs soy seasoning, squeeze of lemon, salt and pepper.  I think crushed almonds would be a nice addition too. So many veggie possibilities but I was too tired to prep more (:
